Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Dimensions, Design, and Software
Samsung Galaxy S25 FE seems to have a more compact and light weight design than the last year's model. The device reported size is 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm and a weight of 190g, it is slightly shorter, narrower, thinner, and lighter than the S24 FE design. That said, it has a 200mAh smaller battery. The phone also has an IP68 rating, which means it will be dust and water resistant, and will come with One UI 8 based on Android 16 out of the box.
Performance and Chipset
The S25 FE is rumored to be powered by Exynos 2400 chipset. It is the upgraded version of the Exynos 2400e in the S24 FE, but the new chipset should perform better and successfully meet efficiency standards.
Displays and Cameras
On the display front, the Galaxy S25 FE will likely sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1080x2340 pixel resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. The display will also probably be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. Speaking of cameras, the third generation FE is sure to come with a triple, rear camera system consisting of a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and an 8MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom with OIS. The front camera will report to be a 12MP shooter, delivering a marginal upgrade over the previous self-imaging device that was designed for selfies and video calls.
Batteries and Charging
The Galaxy S25 FE will also reportedly feature a 4,500 mAh battery, which is smaller than the Galaxy S20 FE's battery, but will faster charging than its predecessor. The phone will support 45W wired charging speed and will support 15W wireless charging speed, so even though the battery is of slightly less capacity.
Expected Launch Date and Availability
As per the report Samsung will officially announce the Galaxy S25 FE on September 19, Week earlier than the S24 FE was released. Samsung is making an attempt at an earlier launch cycle this year. Samsung has already confirmed that bringing the S25 FE sooner than the S24 FE on September 26 last year.
Expected Price Globally
The S25 FE is expected to launch in Korea for under KRW 1 million, which is around USD 721 or EUR 620 at present exchange rates. In Korea, Samsung may keep the price at the same price level as the last model or increase it slightly depending on the supply and demand of other components used for the new features.
Expected Galaxy S25 FE Price in Nepal
Based on the expected global pricing and from previous launches from Samsung, we expect that the Galaxy S25 FE price in Nepal will likely be somewhere between NPR 89,999 to NPR 94,999. We expect that the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will launch in Nepal after few weeks following its global launch, possibly by the end of October.
