Samsung appears to be ready to launch the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite this month. Recently, the tablet was listed on the Google Play Console with model number SM-X406B. The listing gives an in-depth look at the design and specifications of the device. The image revealed a tablet without much surprise - thick side bezels, front camera in landscape orientation; built for media consumption and video calls. The device has power and volume buttons, located on the right edge.
For the display, the device will have a resolution of 1320 x 2112 offer, a high-definition pixel density HDPI of 240. We don't know the exact screen size, but based on the resolution, it should offer plenty of room for watching video, as well as browsing the web, and even multitasking.
The device will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1380 chipset with 6GB of RAM. This is the same processor as a few mid-range Samsung phones, So it should provide a good balance between performance and efficiency. The tablet comes with Android 15 pre-installed, complete with Samsung’s One UI, all of which should provide a modern software experience out of the box.
The latest rumor about the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is that it will have a robust 8,000mAh battery, as well as 45W fast charging. The Galaxy Tab S10 Lite should have great battery life, and users will benefit from fast charging when required.
From the looks of it, the S10 Lite will be Samsung's entry-level option compared to the upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra. The fact that it has already been listed on the Bluetooth SIG is an indication that this device will be launching shortly. This appears to be Samsung's Lite model to provide a more affordable entry point into its tablet ecosystem and deliver a great set of core features.
Although Samsung Nepal has not yet confirmed anything, the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is expected to launch after its global launch. Given the specs and Lite model confusing, we expect its pricing in Nepal to be from NPR 48,000 to NPR 55,000. This would open up this device for students, professionals, and casual tablet users who would like a great tablet while staying within a reasonable budget.
